Engineering

Here you can find all the engineering oriented activities I have participated in.

Courses

These are some engineering classes I have taken throughout my highschool career.

PLTW Engineering

Project Lead the Way is a 4 year engineering pathway my highschool offers. It includes Intro to Engineering, Principles of Engineering, and Engineering Design and Problem Solving 1 & 2. Both Engineering Design and Problem solving courses have been created jointly by NASA and UT Austin, and offer dual credit class opportunities.

Highschool Aerospace Scholar (HAS)

Highschool Aerospace Scholar is an opportunity for Texas Highschoolers to take a Aerospace and Space related course created by NASA. The course takes place online and teachers highschoolers on various aspects of space travel such as safety, mathematics, entry, decent, and landing.

Internships

Here is a list of Engineering oriented internships I have participated in.

NASA JSC - Moonshot

The Moonshot Internship is an Internship through NASA where highschoolers get to work on a mock Artemis mission. Here I worked for team Bravo-2, where I helped design a capsule for the Artemis III mission. I worked on capsule design, safety, and integration.

NSTI

The National Summer Transportation Institute is a 2 week residential Civil Engineering orientated internship where professors at Texas State University and employees at Austin Metro and TxDOT teach us about civil engineering and ongoing projects.

Research
